There's something very special about the kitchen table to me. It's the place where meals are eaten while conversations and connections are shared. It's also often the place where plans are made, games are played, crafts are done, and much more.

Every home is different, of course, but it seems that our kitchen tables see a lot of activity. For me a lot of nesting happens right there. It is because of this tendency that I usually keep a nice table runner and some candles or other centerpiece there as well. Something about those simple touches give the table more meaning.

Today, I've got a crochet project for you. A crochet table runner that you can use for your own table or make for gifts. The project was created by our guest instructor, Pam Grice of Made with a Twist.
